Receive $10,000 Tuition Reimbursement from GoJet Airlines
California flight Academy (CFA) has been selected by GoJet Airlines to provide an internship pathway for CFA commercial pilot graduates who are US residents. This pathway, called the Wingman Pipeline Program, allows CFA graduates to build flight hours while becoming GoJet First Officers. During the internship, graduates are mentored by GoJet pilots and are provided free program materials in advance.
Best of all, students who enroll in the program receive a $10,000 tuition reimbursement for their flight training at CFA. These funds are accumulated until participants become official GoJet Pilots.
The internship also includes a two-day visit to GoJet’s corporate headquarters in St. Louis, where interns have the opportunity to attend a class and talk with new pilots who are in systems training to get a feel for what their training will be like. Interns are exposed to the departments within the GoJet Ops Center, including Dispatch, Crew Scheduling, and Maintenance Control. Interns also have the opportunity to fly in a full-motion CRJ simulator.
“This program is a win-win for everyone,” said Randy Bratcher, Director of Flight Operations at GoJet. “Program participants have a First Officer job with a premier regional airline waiting for them when they finish their hours, and GoJet has a pipeline of high quality and well-trained pilots from California Flight Academy.”
Said Kent Parrish, President of CFA: “The internship and tuition reimbursement program with GoJet Airlines provides our graduates with a secure pathway to employment with an exceptional regional airline. We encourage our students to consider this unique opportunity.”
